RBI and Bitpanda Enterprise have partnered to build a digital asset framework that could serve up to 18 million banking customers across Central and Eastern Europe.Bitpanda will provide the underlying crypto infrastructure, while individual RBI network banks will decide their products and rollout plans based on local market and regulatory requirements.The agreement expands a model already used by Raiffeisen banks in Austria, where customers can access digital assets through their existing banking services.RBI operates subsidiary banks across 11 Central and Eastern European markets, giving the framework the potential to support crypto services across a large traditional banking network.
