Circle ने Arc पर अपने Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol का विस्तार USDC से आगे बढ़ाते हुए नेटवर्क में native EURC और cirBTC ट्रांसफर जोड़े हैं, साथ ही अतिरिक्त multi-asset workflows के लिए Gateway और Bridge Kit की तैयारी भी की है.

Arc के 23 सितंबर के अपडेट में कहा गया कि Arc पर Interop अब live है, जिसमें CCTP, Gateway और Forwarding Service को Layer 1 में integrate किया गया है, जिससे developers को native Circle-issued assets, third-party tokens, नए multichain assets और unified balances के लिए अलग-अलग tools मिलते हैं.

हालिया deployment का यह अर्थ नहीं है कि Circle का हर product पहले से ही इन तीनों assets को एक ही तरीके से support करता है. CCTP, USDC, EURC और cirBTC के लिए specific routes पर live है, जबकि Gateway लॉन्च के समय अब भी केवल USDC तक सीमित है. Circle का कहना है कि Gateway के लिए EURC और cirBTC support समय के साथ जोड़ा जाएगा.

Circle ने Arc पर CCTP को USDC से आगे बढ़ाया

CCTP अब USDC, EURC और cirBTC के लिए native crosschain transfers संभालता है, जिससे उस सिस्टम का विस्तार हुआ है जो मूल रूप से USDC burn-and-mint transfers के इर्द-गिर्द बनाया गया था.

Circle के मौजूदा CCTP product page में इस protocol को ऐसे infrastructure के रूप में बताया गया है जो supported assets को chains के बीच 1:1 अनुपात में move करने देता है. Circle-issued assets के लिए CCTP source network पर tokens को burn करता है और destination पर native tokens mint करता है, जिससे कुछ पारंपरिक bridge designs में इस्तेमाल होने वाले liquidity pools की आवश्यकता नहीं रहती.

EURC इस महीने की शुरुआत में इस सिस्टम में शामिल हुआ था. Circle ने 2 सितंबर को कहा था कि CCTP का विस्तार USDC से native EURC transfers तक किया गया है, शुरुआत में Ethereum और Base के बीच. Arc लॉन्च के बाद से EURC coverage Arc, Avalanche, Base, Ethereum और World Chain तक बढ़ गई है.

cirBTC अब इसी तरह का मार्ग अपना रहा है. Arc पर Interop, Circle Wrapped Bitcoin के लिए Arc और Ethereum के बीच CCTP support सूचीबद्ध करता है, जिससे BTC-backed token के लिए इन दोनों networks के बीच एक native crosschain path बनता है.

Circle ने 21 सितंबर को अलग से cirBTC को Arc पर भी लाया. कंपनी का कहना है कि हर token, cirBTC holders के लिए रखे गए native BTC द्वारा 1:1 ratio में backed है, और reserve information onchain verification के लिए उपलब्ध है. यह wrapped asset Circle International Bermuda Limited द्वारा जारी किया गया है, जिसके पास Bermuda Monetary Authority का Class F Digital Asset Business license है.

Circle ने Arc और Ethereum पर cirBTC के माध्यम से Bitcoin-backed USDC borrowing शुरू की, जिससे eligible Circle Mint institutions third-party lending markets में cirBTC पोस्ट कर USDC प्राप्त कर सकते हैं. सेवा live होने पर Morpho पहला supported lending protocol था.

लॉन्च के समय EURC और cirBTC को अलग-अलग routes मिले

इन तीनों assets की network coverage एक जैसी नहीं है. USDC अब भी CCTP का सबसे स्थापित asset है और वर्तमान Arc interoperability stack के माध्यम से उपलब्ध सभी compatible routes का उपयोग कर सकता है. EURC, Arc, Avalanche, Base, Ethereum और World Chain को support करता है, जबकि cirBTC फिलहाल Arc और Ethereum को support करता है.

Circle का कहना है कि CCTP Fast Transfer, supported Arc routes पर “10 सेकंड से कम” समय में transfers पूरा कर सकता है. कंपनी अपने terms में चेतावनी देती है कि transfer times और fee estimates की गारंटी नहीं है, क्योंकि परिणाम चुनी गई chain, route और network conditions पर निर्भर करते हैं.

Forwarding Service इस flow के दूसरे हिस्से को संभालती है. CCTP द्वारा asset movement पूरा करने के बाद यह destination-chain transaction को relay कर सकती है, जिससे users को supported transactions के लिए destination network का gas token अलग से रखने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती.

Circle ने सितंबर की शुरुआत में prepaid Fast Transfer fees के साथ CCTP को अपडेट किया था. अब CCTP developers को source network पर कुछ crosschain fees quote और collect करने देता है, जिससे कोई application transfer execute होने से पहले recipient amount दिखा सकती है.

23 सितंबर की घोषणा के अनुसार Arc routes को CCTP pricing में preferential treatment मिलता है, हालांकि rates asset और route पर निर्भर करती हैं. Circle ने USDC, EURC और cirBTC के लिए कोई एक universal Arc transfer fee प्रकाशित नहीं की है.

Multi-asset expansion से पहले Gateway अब भी केवल USDC को support करता है

यह product अलग-अलग networks में रखे गए supported funds से एक unified balance बनाता है, जिससे applications eligible crosschain liquidity को एक उपलब्ध balance के रूप में मान सकती हैं. Arc पर Gateway फिलहाल Arc और Ethereum पर USDC balances को support करता है.

EURC और cirBTC के लिए Gateway support को “coming soon” के रूप में सूचीबद्ध किया गया है. Circle ने किसी भी asset के लिए launch date का खुलासा नहीं किया है, इसलिए CCTP support को live Gateway balance support के साथ भ्रमित नहीं किया जाना चाहिए.

Circle के मौजूदा legal disclosures भी Gateway को केवल USDC-only बताते हैं. कंपनी का कहना है कि Gateway एक non-custodial software infrastructure है और यह स्वयं customers के assets को hold, control या transfer नहीं करता. Product disclosures के अनुसार, इसे New York State Department of Financial Services या किसी अन्य regulator द्वारा review या approve नहीं किया गया है.

कंपनी कई महीनों से multi-asset interoperability की दिशा में काम कर रही है. अप्रैल के product roadmap में Circle ने कहा था कि CCTP पहले ही 20 से अधिक chains में $140 billion से अधिक के cumulative USDC transfers process कर चुका है और future versions इसी मॉडल को EURC और cirBTC सहित अन्य assets तक बढ़ाएंगे.

23 सितंबर की release उस roadmap के एक हिस्से को production infrastructure में बदलती है, जबकि Gateway का asset expansion अब भी अधूरा है.

Arc third-party assets को अलग crosschain models इस्तेमाल करने देता है

Circle का interop stack केवल Circle द्वारा जारी tokens तक सीमित नहीं है. Arc पर Interop, wrapping और Crosschain Token Standard यानी CTS के माध्यम से third-party assets को support करता है. Developers और issuers, allowlists, transfer rate limits, pausing, upgrades और governance rules जैसे controls की आवश्यकता होने पर CTS का उपयोग कर सकते हैं.

कंपनी का कहना है कि वह CTS या custom third-party token contracts पर override authority नहीं रखती. Issuers अपने token structures, operating rules और regulatory obligations के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार बने रहते हैं.

नए assets के लिए CTS एक standardized contract structure प्रदान करता है जिसे विभिन्न chains पर deploy किया जा सकता है. Circle इस सिस्टम को हर network के लिए अलग token contracts और bridge integrations बनाए रखने के विकल्प के रूप में पेश करता है.

CCTP की updated architecture, burn-and-mint और lock-and-mint दोनों models को support करती है. Native supported assets burn-and-mint के माध्यम से move हो सकते हैं, जबकि third-party assets जरूरत के अनुसार wrapping infrastructure का उपयोग कर सकते हैं.

Bridge Kit इन flows को application developers के लिए एक SDK में package करता है. Arc Studio एक अलग development environment प्रदान करता है, जहां teams हर service को manually connect किए बिना उसी interop stack का उपयोग करके applications बना सकती हैं.

Circle ने Arc Studio को Arc पर applications बनाने के लिए एक AI-assisted tool के रूप में लॉन्च किया, जिसके examples cross-border payments से लेकर software billing और machine-to-machine transactions तक फैले हुए हैं.

Arc interoperability, सितंबर के mainnet launch पर आधारित है

Arc 16 सितंबर को सार्वजनिक रूप से live हुआ, जिसमें transaction fees के लिए USDC, deterministic sub-second finality और permissioned founding validator set का उपयोग किया गया.

Circle ने कहा कि लॉन्च के समय 100 से अधिक institutional और ecosystem builders तथा 100 से अधिक applications इसमें भाग ले रहे थे. Founding validators में BlackRock, DTCC, Galaxy, ICE, Mastercard, MoneyGram, SBI Group, Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Corporation, Visa और Worldpay शामिल हैं.

Arc mainnet का लॉन्च USDC gas और BlackRock तथा Visa सहित institutional validators के साथ हुआ. Circle ने कहा कि यह network CCTP और Gateway के जरिए 20 से अधिक blockchain ecosystems के बीच interoperability के साथ शुरू हुआ.

लॉन्च के बाद से Arc की asset layer तेजी से विस्तारित हुई है. 21 सितंबर को cirBTC उपलब्ध हुआ, इसके बाद 22 सितंबर को StableFX और 23 सितंबर को integrated Interop product आया. StableFX, request-for-quote pricing और atomic payment-versus-payment settlement के साथ 24/7 stablecoin-based foreign-exchange settlement के लिए Arc का उपयोग करता है.

Circle का कहना है कि cirBTC पहले से ही Arc lending markets में collateral के रूप में काम कर सकता है, जिसमें supported Aave और Morpho applications शामिल हैं. Eligible Circle Mint customers native BTC जमा कर सकते हैं, cirBTC mint कर सकते हैं, उसे approved third-party lending markets में दे सकते हैं और Circle के Digital Asset-Backed Borrowing workflow के जरिए borrowed USDC प्राप्त कर सकते हैं.

Mainnet roadmap interoperability से आगे तक फैला हुआ है. Circle ने network launch से पहले 10 billion ARC genesis supply mint की थी और 2027 में अपनी मौजूदा Proof-of-Authority संरचना से Proof of Stake की ओर transition की संभावना पर काम कर रहा है. कंपनी का कहना है कि genesis mint, ARC token को सार्वजनिक रूप से लॉन्च करने की कोई प्रतिबद्धता नहीं है.

EURC और cirBTC के लिए Gateway support, interoperability के अगले प्रकाशित steps में शामिल बना हुआ है. Circle ने launch date नहीं दी है, जबकि 23 सितंबर के उसके Arc documentation में unified balances के लिए दोनों assets अब भी “coming soon” के रूप में सूचीबद्ध हैं.
