The world entered the POST-2020 under the Paris Agreement adopted by 193 parties at UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) in Paris, on December 12, 2015.Until now, large-scale carbon reduction duty has been fulfilled in countries or companies that consume a substantial amount of energy, but it is time for individuals, organizations, and small businesses to voluntarily reduce carbon through energy conservation, use of renewable energy, electric vehicles, and bicycles and recirculation of resources to spread and settle in an appropriate way.Carbon Neutrality by 2050 is not an excessive target but a Maginot Line of Climate Action. Even if it seems trivial, small efforts to stop global warming are all meaningful. Therefore, it is important to raise expectations for carbon reductions and individuals’ interest and efforts in voluntary carbon reductions to stop climate change. Once and for all, there has to be a new method like clear and sufficient compensation for reducing carbon to motivate nationwide participation.PCR (Proof of Carbon Reduction) BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK has been given a special function to solve the problems of existing blockchains and for this, a new mining method called Carbon Reduction Mining (CRM) and compensation system have been devised. Accordingly, the problem of PoS method is solved by providing a new mining method that saves energy and is differentied from the existing PoW method by providing compensation proportional to carbon reduction act and reduced carbon emissions.PCR BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK’s carbon reduction mining and compensation system work by rewarding users for their efforts to reduce carbon, quantifying the amount of reduction in resources and energy consumption through quantitative measurements and proportional compensation. This carbon-reduced mining is not energy-consuming, but energy-saving. In addition, carbon reduction mining helps preserve the global environment, and compensation methods using Proof of Carbon Reduction Mining (PCRM) coins are registered as patents.
