A SBF Pardon Prediction Market Contract would be settled on our calculation of the Index Value resulting from the Settlement Event upon the occurrence of a Settlement Event. “Settlement Event” means the convicted defendant, Samuel Bankman-Fried (“SBF”), in the case of United States of America v. Samuel Bankman-Fried with docket number 1:22-cr-00673 being pardoned by Joseph Biden (“JB”), President of the United States of America, relating to his current term of office. If SBF is pardoned by JB, this contract will pay out at 100%. If SBF is not pardoned by JB, the contract will pay out at 0%. “Index Value” means 0% should the Settlement Event not have occurred or 100% if the Settlement Event has occurred.
 
Make Predictions on Future Outcomes and Events Contracts settle on an observable value for Outcomes or at 0/100% for Events. For Events, "Long" positions will profit if the event happens, "Short" will profit if the event does not happen.
