III. Important Notes
-
Users are advised to closely follow official U.S. stock market holiday notices and any trading hour adjustment announcements released by LBank. During market closures, futures trading will be suspended and no new orders can be placed. Any submitted but unfilled orders will be prioritized for matching after the market reopens.
-
At market opening, due to factors such as overnight global market fluctuations and pre-market news, the opening price of futures contracts may differ significantly from the previous trading day’s closing price (gap risk). Users holding overnight positions are advised to set take-profit and stop-loss orders in advance and manage their positions prudently.
-
When corporate action events such as dividend distribution, rights issues, reverse splits, or stock splits occur for the underlying stocks, significant price volatility may be triggered. After receiving official market notifications, the platform will promptly issue an early settlement announcement, uniformly settle users’ position profits and losses, and automatically close positions. Trading of the affected futures contracts will resume after settlement is completed.
-
If the U.S. stock market triggers the circuit breaker mechanism (corresponding to S&P 500 index drops of 7%, 13%, and 20% for different levels of trading halts), the related U.S. stock futures will be suspended simultaneously. During the circuit breaker period, orders cannot be executed and positions will not be liquidated. However, users may cancel unfilled orders. Please closely monitor market movements and platform announcements.
-
Due to regulatory restrictions in different countries and regions, the availability of U.S. stock futures services may vary by jurisdiction. Certain regions may not currently support trading of this product. Please refer to the 「LBank User Agreement」 for the list of eligible regions.
-
LBank reserves the right to adjust trading hours, service regions, and related rules in accordance with global regulatory requirements and market operations. Any such adjustments will be announced to users in advance through official platform announcements.
