LBank P2P allows you to buy cryptocurrency directly with local fiat currency. Set your preferred price, choose flexible payment methods, and trade securely with LBank’s escrow protection.

Access the P2P Trading

  1. Log in to the LBank App and tap「Buy Crypto」; Please read the prompt carefully before proceeding.

  2. Select「P2P Trading > Buy」to view available seller offers.

  3. Choose your targeted「Trading Pair」(USDT or other supported crypto), enter the「Amount」, select 「Payment Method」and「Fiat Currency」.

  4. Filter results as needed, then select a suitable seller and tap the green「Buy」button.

Confirm Order Details

  1. Enter the fiat amount you wish to spend in「I want to pay」; the system will automatically calculate「I will receive」;

  2. Select your preferred「Payment Method」;

  3. Review all order details carefully, then tap「Buy USDT」.

  1. Double-check the information and tap 「Initiate Trade」.

  2. Read「Tips」thoroughly with caution, then tap [Confirm].

Make Payment to Seller

  1. After the order is created, transfer the exact amount to the seller using the payment details provided.

  2. Once payment is completed, tap「I have paid」(You may cancel the order before marking as paid if necessary).

  3. Use the in-app「Chat」function to communicate with the seller if needed.

Wait for Crypto Release

  1. Initial conversation by sending「Please confirm」, the seller will verify your payment and release the cryptocurrency from escrow.

  2. Please remain patient during verification. You will receive a notification once the crypto is released.

Important Note

  1. Always transfer funds directly to the seller using only the payment information shown in the order.

  2. Never tap「Cancel Order」unless you have received a full refund.

  3. Never tap「I have paid」unless payment has been successfully sent.

  4. If the cryptocurrency is not released within the specified time after payment, tap「Appeal」to contact customer support.

Check Your Assets

Crypto Received

Once the seller releases the funds, the cryptocurrency will be credited instantly. Go to「Assets > Overview」to view your balance.

Crypto Not Received

If the cryptocurrency is not credited after the seller confirms payment, immediately tap「Appeal」for assistance.

  2. You may have up to 2 active P2P orders simultaneously. Complete or cancel existing orders before creating new ones.
