To protect user rights and ensure the event is fair, just, and transparent, these LBank VIP New Year Gift Event Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are hereby established. By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Rules.

Eligible Participants: LBank VIP users who meet the qualification criteria specified in「Eligibility & Participation」.

Event Content: Eligible VIP users will receive both physical and virtual New Year gifts as a token of appreciation.

Event Period: 2026-02-10 12:00:00 ~ 2026-03-31 23:59:59 (UTC+8)
Eligibility & Participation
To ensure fairness and protect user rights, only VIP users meeting the following criteria are eligible:

Account status is normal (no freezing, risk control measures, compliance review, or records of abnormal trading).

Only official VIP users are eligible; trial VIP users do not qualify.

The assets and trading data for this event are based on a T‑1 snapshot and do not include same‑day trades. As VIP levels change with users’ assets and trading activity, the snapshot level may differ from the current level. VIP benefits and rewards will be based on the VIP level shown in the user’s current interface.

Users who have already redeemed New Year gifts in advance before the event start time (2026-02-06 00:00:00 UTC+8) are not eligible to redeem gifts again during this event period.

No additional KYC is required for gift redemption, but users must provide valid shipping information for physical gifts.
📌Users who fail to meet the above conditions will not be eligible to participate. LBank reserves the final right to determine eligibility. In cases of rule violations (such as malicious registration, multi-account operations, etc.), the platform reserves the right to cancel eligibility.
Gift Types

The event offers two types of gifts(specific items subject to the event page)::

Physical Gifts: Apple Vision Pro, Dyson vacuum cleaner, Burton snowboard, custom fragrance set with Tiffany coffee cup, AirPods 4, etc.

Virtual Gifts: Gift cards, trading cashback coupons, VIP experience vouchers, and futures bonus coupons.

Each user’s available gift type and quantity are displayed on their personal event page.

The virtual gifts received are subject to the content shown on the user’s event page and cannot be chosen, exchanged, cashed out, or transferred. If any distribution error occurs due to a system issue, please contact your VIP account manager.

If a user’s eligibility is revoked due to abnormal account activity or rule violations, the corresponding gift will be invalidated without compensation.

All eligible VIP users will receive their corresponding gifts based on the rules.

Gifts are limited in quantity and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gift Redemption

Eligible users will see available gifts (including type, quantity, and validity period) displayed dynamically on their personal event page.

Users must follow the on-page instructions to select gifts, confirm redemption, and submit any required information.

Certain gifts have redemption deadlines or validity periods. Failure to complete the process within the specified time will be deemed voluntary forfeiture, with no reissuance of benefits.

The final redeemable items are subject to the actual display on the system page.
Physical Gift Deliver

Physical gifts will be shipped based on users’ regions, logistics conditions, and VIP tiers. Some regions may not be eligible for delivery.

Due to customization, production, and cross-border logistics, delivery time may vary. Please refer to official updates or logistics information for specific progress.

Users must ensure their submitted delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete. Delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information, or by refusal or prolonged unavailability to receive, may result in forfeiture without reshipment.

To check delivery status, users may contact their dedicated account manager or reach out via official customer service.

Once dispatched, LBank will assist in coordinating with third-party logistics in case of delays, damage, or loss, but will not bear full liability.
Alternatives & Event Adjustments

If physical gifts cannot be delivered due to regional, customs, legal, logistics, or other force majeure reasons, LBank may replace them with virtual rewards or other benefits of equal or similar value, as determined by LBank’s event rules.

LBank may reasonably adjust gift contents, forms, or distribution methods due to supply chain, inventory, or operational needs, provided that users’ overall benefits are not reduced.

In the event of major changes to the event schedule, rules, or content, LBank will provide advance notice via official announcements or the event page.

LBank reserves the final right of interpretation, adjustment, and suspension of this event and these Rules.
Additional Provisions

The value of any tokens or virtual assets distributed in the event may fluctuate due to market conditions. Users shall assess and bear the associated risks themselves.

In case of any discrepancies between different language versions of these Rules, the version finally published on the LBank platform shall prevail.
