Tycoon by Shareland is an AI-driven Web3 initiative that functions as the autonomous intelligence layer for the Shareland Protocol. It aims to bridge real-world real estate liquidity with on-chain efficiency. By acting as an intelligent interface, Tycoon allows users to gain exposure to the housing market without the traditional hurdles of high costs, brokers, or the inherent illiquidity of physical property ownership.
