Tokens launched via Streme are known as "Super ERC-20" tokens. Unlike standard assets where utility is limited to basic transactions, these tokens are natively integrated with advanced streaming protocols. This allows them to be sent continuously and automatically by the second without the need for manual wrapping. This functionality enables real-time value flow, making them suitable for automated distributions, continuous rewards, and other dynamic use cases within the decentralized ecosystem.

The platform utilizes a social-first approach to token deployment through an AI agent. Users can create a token by interacting with the AI agent on supported decentralized social media platforms using simple text commands. By specifying the token name, symbol, and an image, the AI agent automatically handles the smart contract deployment on the Base network. This removes technical barriers, allowing creators to launch functional tokens with built-in streaming and staking features through a conversational interface.

Every token launched through the protocol includes an automated staking contract. A specific portion of the total supply is pre-allocated to a rewards pool, which is distributed to participants via a constant, linear stream over 365 days. This ensures that rewards flow into user wallets in real-time. To ensure stability during the initial launch phase, there is a 24-hour lock-up period on staked deposits, after which users can withdraw their assets at any time.

For every newly deployed token, the majority of the supply is paired with ETH and deposited into a decentralized exchange liquidity pool. These liquidity positions are managed by specialized locker contracts to ensure security and prevent unauthorized withdrawals. To incentivize creators, the protocol allocates a significant portion of the trading fees generated by the liquidity pool directly to the token deployer, while the remaining fees support the broader protocol's sustainability.

$STREME is the flagship token of the platform, serving as a primary example of the protocol's capabilities. It was deployed using the same automated launcher to demonstrate features like native streaming and automated staking rewards. As the native asset, it often acts as a proxy for the platform's overall adoption. It showcases how tokens can maintain utility through constant distribution and real-time wallet balance updates without requiring manual claims from the user.

The protocol is built using open-source, battle-tested modules for its streaming and liquidity locking functions. The smart contracts are available for community review on public repositories. The project was developed by a team of experienced builders active in the Base and decentralized social media ecosystems, including Mark Carey and zeni.eth. By leveraging established decentralized infrastructure, the protocol ensures that token deployments and liquidity management follow industry security standards.
