Sense4FIT is a Web3 lifestyle ecosystem built on the MultiversX blockchain. It integrates a mobile fitness application with "Fit2Earn" mechanics, physical gyms, and professional coaching. The project aims to incentivize healthy lifestyles by rewarding users for completing workouts. By blending high-quality fitness content with blockchain technology, Sense4FIT provides a comprehensive approach to health, encompassing physical exercise, nutrition, and mental well-being through both AI-driven and human-led coaching.

To begin earning rewards, users first download the mobile app and create an account. Participation typically requires a digital asset like a "Legendary NFT" or a specific "Fitness Package," which serves as a digital gym membership. Once the account is set up, users connect their tracking devices—such as smartwatches or health apps—to monitor activity. By completing specific workouts, challenges, or fitness goals, users receive rewards within the ecosystem, effectively turning their physical activity into digital value.

The SFIT token serves multiple roles within the ecosystem. In the mobile app, it is used for upgrading features, purchasing energy, opening mystery boxes, and hiring on-demand coaches. Beyond the digital app, SFIT can be used to pay for physical gym memberships, event tickets for fitness summits, and official merchandise. Additionally, the token plays a governance role; by staking SFIT, holders gain the right to vote on key project developments and future initiatives.

SFIT is available for trading on prominent platforms such as LBank. It is also accessible through the xPortal app and via Metabonding on the MultiversX network. Trading on LBank provides users with a secure and efficient way to acquire SFIT and participate in the wider Fit2Earn ecosystem.

Users can choose to compound their rewards for greater efficiency. When a user decides to withdraw their staked tokens, there is a standard unbonding period of 20 days before the tokens become available in their wallet.

A core objective of Sense4FIT is bridging the gap between digital fitness and physical locations through "Tokenized Gyms." These are physical fitness centers where SFIT holders receive exclusive access and benefits. The expansion starts in Romania with plans to move into international markets.
