The SABAI token is a non-security, functional utility token that serves multiple roles within the ecosystem. It is used to pay transaction fees, purchase White Label B2B modules, and participate in 'Learn-and-Earn' programs. Furthermore, it acts as the primary currency for collective asset purchases in Real Estate Pools. Its demand is driven by B2B expansion, where companies pay in SABAI for tokenization services, and its integration into the 'Sabai World' gaming environment.

The protocol features an on-chain staking mechanism with a standard period of 100 days. While it offers a fixed yield for this duration, users can increase their potential returns by participating in the 'Sabai Light' game. However, there is a significant penalty for early withdrawal: users who unstake before the 100-day period ends face a 25% penalty on their staked amount and lose all accrued rewards. This structure is intended to promote ecosystem stability and long-term holding.

The project was developed by a team closely linked to Villa Carte Holdings, a real estate company based in Phuket with over 12 years of industry experience. Originally designed as an internal tool to optimize their real estate operations, the protocol was eventually launched as a public Web3 project. This background ensures the protocol is built on a foundation of real-world property management expertise rather than being a purely theoretical blockchain venture.

Security is prioritized through comprehensive smart contract audits conducted by CertiK. For legal compliance, the project operates under a structure validated by blockchain legal experts and utilizes Singapore’s regulatory framework for Real-World Assets. While standard exchange procedures apply to the token, users investing in tokenized real estate must undergo mandatory KYC and AML checks to comply with international regulations in jurisdictions like Thailand and Singapore, ensuring a secure and transparent investment environment.

SABAI tokens are available for trading on major platforms such as LBank, operating across both the Ethereum and Polygon networks. The total supply is fixed at 2.65 billion tokens. To maintain market health, the project utilizes a linear vesting schedule that extends into 2033, particularly for the 32% of supply reserved for rewards.
