When users lock their tokens, they receive vote-escrowed positions often represented as non-fungible tokens or veNFTs. In exchange for voting, these participants can earn rewards from the trading fees generated by the specific pools they support, as well as external incentives provided by other protocols seeking to attract liquidity. A significant feature of Ramses Exchange is its integration of concentrated liquidity, which allows liquidity providers to specify custom price ranges for their assets, potentially increasing efficiency and reducing slippage for traders. The protocol also introduced an evolved model called x(3,3) and a variant of the token known as xRAM. This system addresses some of the limitations of traditional locking models by providing more flexible exit mechanisms and protection against ownership dilution. By using these mechanisms, the project aims to ensure that rewards and influence are concentrated among active participants rather than stagnant accounts.
