ICPanda DAO is a decentralized project built on the Internet Computer (ICP) blockchain. It merges meme culture with practical Web3 infrastructure, specifically focusing on the development of AI agent tools. As a "technical panda" brand, it provides open-source solutions that allow AI agents to store memory, perform transactions, and interact directly on-chain. It aims to build a foundation for the "AI Agent Era" by bridging the gap between social engagement and functional blockchain technology.

The PANDA token serves as the core utility asset within the ICPanda ecosystem. It is used for decentralized governance, allowing holders to stake tokens in neurons and vote on project proposals. Additionally, PANDA is used as a medium of exchange for services on applications like dMsg, an encrypted messaging platform, and Anda AI. Users can also participate in community incentive programs and reward pools by holding and utilizing the token within the DAO's native applications.

PANDA has a total supply of 1,080,000,000 tokens with a community-centric distribution model. 32% of the supply is allocated to the Lucky Pool for holder airdrops, while 12% was dedicated to the initial decentralized SNS swap. The DAO treasury manages 18% for community incentives and 10% for airdrops to new users. The development team and seed funders are allocated 4% each, subject to vesting periods. The remaining supply is reserved for exchange liquidity and general treasury management to ensure long-term ecosystem growth.

The ecosystem features two flagship applications: dMsg and Anda AI. dMsg is a decentralized, end-to-end encrypted messaging service running entirely on the ICP blockchain, utilizing PANDA for premium features. Anda AI is a decentralized foundation for AI agents that leverages the Knowledge Interchange Protocol (KIP). This technology allows AI agents to "remember" and "reflect," creating persistent, on-chain AI personalities capable of autonomous interaction and memory storage, moving beyond simple chatbots into functional blockchain agents.

Participation is managed through the Service Network System (SNS). To participate, users must stake their PANDA tokens into "neurons" via the blockchain's native governance interface. Once staked, these neurons grant users voting power to influence project upgrades, treasury allocations, and strategic decisions. By actively voting on DAO proposals, participants can also earn rewards, ensuring that the project remains fully decentralized and community-governed without any single central authority controlling the treasury or code.
