Glide Finance operates as a Decentralized Exchange (DEX), Automated Market Maker (AMM), yield farming, and staking platform, exclusively built on the Elastos Smart Chain (ESC). Its primary objective is to enhance liquidity and accelerate the adoption of the broader Elastos ecosystem by providing these fundamental DeFi services. Users can swap tokens, contribute liquidity to pools, and earn rewards through various farming and staking opportunities offered by the platform.

The maximum supply of GLIDE tokens is fixed at 50 million. This total supply is scheduled to be distributed over an extended period of 10 years. This long-term distribution strategy aims to ensure a consistent and sustained emission schedule, which supports the platform's growth and provides ongoing incentives for user participation over time, promoting stability rather than rapid inflationary release.

Users can engage in yield farming by providing liquidity to available pools on Glide Finance. Upon providing liquidity, they receive LP tokens, which can then be staked to earn GLIDE token rewards. For staking specifically, users can join dedicated "Sugar Pools." Participation in these pools typically involves acquiring GLIDE tokens, either by swapping for them directly or by accumulating them as rewards from active farming activities.

Glide Finance prioritizes security, evidenced by its independent audit conducted by Paladin, a well-regarded security firm, to ensure the robustness of its smart contracts. Beyond audits, the platform incorporates user-centric security features such as a short PIN for quick access and security questions for account recovery processes. It also supports various secure payment methods, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to safeguarding user assets and information.

Glide Finance is integral to the Elastos ecosystem, having been built specifically for the Elastos Smart Chain (ESC).
