Dinari's dShares are backed on a 1:1 basis by the corresponding real-world assets, which are held in a transparent treasury vault. This backing is subject to regular audits, including by a major accounting firm, to ensure transparency and integrity. The platform leverages blockchain technology to offer benefits such as fractional ownership, 24/7 trading availability, and instant settlement, which contribute to increased liquidity and accessibility for these assets. The project was founded by Gabirel Otte, Chas Rampenthal, and Jake Timothy. Dinari functions as an SEC-registered Transfer Agent and operates under Regulation S for its international offerings. Recently, a subsidiary of Dinari secured a broker-dealer registration in the United States, allowing it to provide blockchain-based stock trading to US investors by integrating its services into other companies' platforms. Dinari dShares operate on multiple Ethereum-compatible blockchains, including Arbitrum One, Ethereum, Base, BLAST, and Kinto. The platform utilizes smart contracts to manage the tokenization process and automate buying and selling activities. In addition to dShares, Dinari offers USD+, a stablecoin that generates yield and is backed by short-term US Treasuries and cash.
