Archly Finance is a decentralized finance project focused on providing cross-chain liquidity solutions and a seamless user experience across various blockchain networks. The ecosystem is built around three primary components: a decentralized exchange, an infrastructure layer called Rainbow Road, and an upcoming blockchain known as Reactor. The Archly decentralized exchange operates as a permissionless platform for liquidity provision. It is designed to scale across multiple Ethereum Virtual Machine compatible chains, allowing protocols to incentivize liquidity for their specific needs. The project builds upon the foundational mechanics of the ve(3,3) model, which combines vote-escrowed incentives with game theory to align the interests of liquidity providers and long-term token holders. Rainbow Road serves as an infrastructure abstraction layer. It simplifies the process for developers and users to engage in cross-chain activities by integrating with various underlying networks and messaging protocols. This layer aims to eliminate the need for repetitive integration tasks, providing a consistent environment for token whitelisting and cross-chain communication. The ecosystem utilizes a dual-token system consisting of the ARC token and the veARC token. ARC is the primary utility token used to reward liquidity providers and pay for services within the platform, such as token whitelisting and sending messages across chains. Holders can choose to lock their ARC tokens for a set period to receive veARC, which is a non-fungible token representing their voting power. Holders of veARC participate in the governance of the protocol. They can vote on which liquidity pools receive token emissions and, in return, earn a portion of the protocol fees and external rewards known as bribes. This system is intended to encourage a self-sustaining cycle where voters direct incentives to the most productive pools. Archly also plans to launch Reactor, an EVM-compatible chain designed to further enhance the cross-chain experience. Reactor is intended to serve as a hub for ecosystem governance and will utilize the native utility token for network operations. By operating across a wide range of networks including Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche, and others, Archly aims to create an interconnected liquidity layer for the broader decentralized finance landscape.
