If I had to describe our core, it is this: no matter what raw edges or fierce passions you bring with you, there is always a space here that makes room for your authentic self. This unwavering acceptance of the individual doesn't need to be loud or performative. It is much like a glass of plain, distilled water—seemingly formless, yet nurturing every living participant within the vast LBank ecosystem through its purest form.

 

It is through the weaving of this order and acceptance that we reach a monumental milestone for everyone who has built LBank: our global registered user base has officially surpassed 30 million.

 

This is not a number to be taken lightly. It represents over thirty million distinct choices—thirty million bonds of trust spanning different regions, languages, experiences, and risk tolerances, all converging on a platform that continues to evolve.

The sharpest athletes rarely obsess over a single flashy winner; instead, they constantly adjust their contact point amid shifting dynamics. The speed, the spin, and the opponent are always changing. No one can dictate how the incoming ball will fly, and true mastery isn't about making the world run according to script—it’s about knowing where to stand when the world shifts beneath your feet.

 

Over the past year, LBank has continuously adjusted its contact point.

 

When the market hit a trough and many began shrinking their imaginations, we refused to make "waiting for a rebound" our strategy. Instead, we forced ourselves forward. We pushed deep into the trading frontier, achieving $3 billion in monthly TradFi volume, opening richer bridges between crypto and real-world assets. Whether it’s the roar of a busy weekday, the stillness of midnight, or the weekends and holidays when traditional finance clocks out, LBank maintains round-the-clock, cross-market connectivity.

 

We continuously adapted our products and communication to resonate with a younger, culturally fluent generation. We teamed up with Web3 native communities and forged a strategic brand partnership with Pudgy Penguins, turning IP Liquidity into a recognizable super-symbol. Of course, the growth figures written into our reports are impressive, and there's no shame in feeling proud of them. But anyone who has actually been in the trenches knows that behind those numbers lie flawed judgments, products scrapped and rebuilt from scratch, unheeded attempts, and countless debates over whether we should push just one step further. That’s why I’ve always believed that success is sexy, but what truly makes it so isn't the metrics—it’s the salt stains and the scars.

 

Moving against the current is never romantic. It demands fighting heavier resistance, accepting fewer rounds of applause, and forcing yourself to spot a shoreline long before it takes shape. Yet perhaps because of this, I’ve developed an almost addictive preference for the struggle. It strips away wishful thinking, sharpens our focus, and forces the team to turn "we might be able to" into "we’ve already done it." If a path offers zero resistance, it probably isn’t leading you anywhere new.

 

03 / Four Coordinates for the Future

Eleven years in. If someone were to ask me today, "Eric, what is your ultimate prediction for the future?"

 

I would probably tell them: I don't know.

 

In an industry that pushes people to their absolute limits, the rarest form of clarity is the courage to say "I don't know." Anyone bold enough to claim they’ve mapped out the endgame five years from now is likely just selling illusions. True globalization means that whether you are in a small town in Latin America or a street corner in Southeast Asia, you can secure the exact same baseline of absolute trust and liquid access as anyone else.

• Security: Security is never a fig leaf meant to be hidden in a whitepaper; it is a monk-like reverence for risk. In a deep-sea crypto environment where protocols can collapse to zero overnight, our discipline and defense around risk must always outrun our greed.

• User-Centricity: Keeping the complexity locked deep inside our systems while making products simpler, trading smoother, and protection more tangible—so that every single individual who walks through our doors can truly reclaim their own agency.

• The Super-Ecosystem: LBank refuses to settle for being just an exchange. We are weaving together the lifeblood of TradFi, the raw energy of Crypto, and the cultural equity of IPs, allowing every node to illuminate the others, growing into a self-sustaining financial rain forest that needs no artificial irrigation.
