Kelp DAO ditches LayerZero for Chainlink's cross-chain infrastructure following $292 million exploit
Kelp DAO will use Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), which requires 16 independent node operators to validate cross-chain transactions.Many onlookers blame LayerZero at least partially for the attack because its default setup for the cross-chain bridge that was attacked used a 1-of-1 configuration.
