Memecoins are launched based on member proposals and votes, using $FOMO and either MATIC or ETH for initial liquidity on platforms like Uniswap, with $FOMO returned to participants post-launch. Additionally, a portion of fees from successfully launched memecoin pools is used to buy back and burn $FOMO, reducing overall supply and distributing residual $FOMO tokens to staking pools.
