The predictions gained attention because SBC7HL previously posted on October 6, 2025, that Bitcoin would peak at $126,198 before crashing. Bitcoin reached that exact price level and subsequently declined to current levels amid a Christmas period uptick.
The December 20 forecast closely mirrors price targets from recognized financial analysts rather than typical speculative 4chan posts. Tom Lee, Head of Research at Fundstrat Global Advisors, has publicly projected Ethereum reaching $20,000 by 2026 under conditions where tokenization of real-world assets gains traction. This would require market capitalization near $2.5 trillion, demanding institutional inflows from major financial institutions, including BlackRock, UBS, JPMorgan, and Citi.
The Solana target of $1,500 lacks specific mainstream analyst endorsements but falls within scenarios where decentralized physical infrastructure networks, real-world assets, and AI migration to the chain drive adoption.
