This document summarizes updates and enhancements made to LBank’s main platform, including improvements to spot trading, futures trading, and overall user experience during September 2025. These updates aim to deliver a more seamless and intuitive experience for our global users.

 

Main Platform Updates (APP/H5/Web)

Major Feature Releases

Estimated Liquidation Price Display

  • The order panel and isolated margin adjustment pop-up now include an Estimated Liquidation Price display. Traders can view the estimated liquidation price in real time before placing or modifying an order, helping them better assess and manage position risks.

Launch of Spot Margin Trading

  • The brand-new Spot Margin Trading feature is now live, supporting multiple trading pairs.
     Users can borrow funds to leverage their positions and potentially amplify returns.

Upgraded Take-Profit and Stop-Loss (TP/SL) Settings

  • The TP/SL section in the order panel now supports multiple trigger modes — by trigger price, PnL% or PnL amount — and simultaneously displays both trigger prices and estimated profit.

  • The advanced TP/SL settings area now features a convenient slider for fine-tuning parameters.

Enhanced Search Experience

  • The search bar now supports both global and fuzzy search. Whether entering a full token name or partial keyword, users can quickly locate the desired trading pair.

  • The "Fee Schedule" page also supports fuzzy search across all lists, significantly improving query efficiency.

Trading Experience Optimization

Improved K-Line Chart Features

  • The spot K-line (VOL) subchart now includes USDT Equivalent data for easier value comparison.

  • On both Web and App, hovering over a data point now displays the percentage difference from the current price, providing a clearer view of market fluctuations.

Futures Leverage Adjustment Page Update

  • The leverage adjustment page now shows the maximum open position for each leverage tier, enabling more precise position control and risk management.

Refined Futures Trading Rules Page

  • Thousand separators and (coin-denominated) "Maximum/Minimum Order Quantity" are now displayed, making data easier to read and understand.

Futures Trading Onboarding Guide for New Users

  • A new User Guide for futures trading has been added to both Web and App. First-time users will be guided step-by-step through order placement, position opening, and TP/SL settings.

Quick Deposit & Transfer Access

  • A new Deposit/Transfer Shortcut has been added to the Futures trading page on both Web and App, allowing one-click fund transfers or deposits.

Order Direction Filter

  • A new "Trade Direction" filter has been added in the Order Center, allowing users to quickly filter historical orders by long or short direction.

Updated Copy Trading Leader Approval Mechanism

  • The approval of new copy-trading leaders now takes effect at the next full hour. This adjustment ensures accurate calculation of initial ROI and consistency in performance tracking.

Interface and Interaction Enhancements

Improved Fixed-Term Staking Subscription

  • The staking detail page now supports automatic filling of the Maximum Purchase Amount. If a user enters an amount exceeding the limit, the system will automatically correct it, reducing input errors and improving operation fluency.

Fixed Bottom Banner on Trading Pages

  • A fixed bottom banner has been added to both Spot and Futures trading pages, providing quick access to System Connection Status, Hot Events, and Online Customer Service.

New LBank Media Kit Download Portal

  • A LBank Media Kit link has been added to the website footer navigation bar, offering a centralized download for brand assets and visual resources.

Favorites Management Without Login

  • Users can now add or remove favorite pairs even without logging in on both Web and App. This allows new users to create a personalized watchlist immediately and track price movements conveniently.

Account Feature Updates

Passkey Login Now Supported

  • Passkey authentication is now available for all personal accounts, enabling password-free, secure, and seamless login experiences. 

Support for Phantom Wallet and Google Login

  • Added new registration and login options via Phantom Web3 Wallet and Google Account, allowing one-click access through trusted third-party platforms.

Enhanced Registration Security

  • Password requirements have been updated to include at least one uppercase letter, further strengthening account security.

Customer Support and Notification System Upgrades

Upgraded Support Ticket System

  • Added progress notifications for support tickets via in-app message, push, and email, ensuring users can track their requests in real time.

  • Introduced a new Account Risk Control Ticket category for users with restricted withdrawals or trading access, enabling faster review and resolution.

Enhanced Spot Pair Notification System

  • Automated notifications are now sent for token listings, delistings, and trading suspensions, ensuring timely updates to users across all platforms.

  • Spot trading pages on Web and App now display suspension time and reason before maintenance periods for clearer communication.

Multi-Stage Spot Trading Protection Notifications

  • Spot Trading Protection Events now support multi-stage notifications, delivering synchronized in-app, email, and push reminders from registration success to event completion — ensuring users never miss key updates.
