Haust Network is a crypto and Web3 project designed to simplify Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and provide native yield to users. The project operates as an Application Absolute Liquidity Network and is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). At its core, Haust Network is an EVM-compatible Layer 2 blockchain that leverages zk-rollups. It integrates advanced features such as AggLayer, Data Availability, and Account Abstraction to enhance scalability, security, and overall user experience from its inception. The Haust ecosystem offers a suite of products, including the Haust Wallet, Haust Lend (a lending protocol), Haust DEX (a decentralized exchange), and Haustoria. The Haust Wallet is a DeFi crypto portfolio management tool intended to allow users to manage their crypto assets within Telegram, enabling them to spend and earn in one place after the mainnet launch. A key component of the network is the "Haustoria" mechanism, which functions as an engine for native yield generation. It automates liquidity routing and optimizes yield by deploying user assets across various liquidity staking protocols on multiple blockchains. The project aims to deliver a seamless user experience, similar to Web2 applications, within the often-complex Web3 environment, allowing users to engage with diverse DeFi functionalities directly within the app. Haust Network seeks to address common challenges in existing blockchain networks, such as scalability, interoperability, and usability. Transactions on the Haust Network are designed to be gas-free, and the platform incorporates an automated compounding mechanism to enhance balances. The native utility token of the Haust Network is HAUST, which is compatible with ERC-20 standards. This token is utilized for governance, staking, and ecosystem rewards. The project features a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) for governance, allowing HAUST token holders to participate in decision-making through ve-token mechanics and quadratic voting. Haust Network also integrates artificial intelligence (AI) with HAIA, an AI agent designed to help users manage complex blockchain activities using natural language commands. The Haust Labs team created the Haust Network in 2024, with Anton Patrynika serving as co-founder and CEO. Security is a priority, with the network benefiting from the robust security of Layer 1 through its zk-rollups and data availability layers, complemented by third-party audits and bug-bounty programs. The mainnet launch was planned for the fourth quarter of 2024.
